Why is full RSS-feed sent first time?

We use Blogtrottr for our WP-blog, but once signed up for our feed, a user gets send our full RSS-feed to his email box. We like it better when a user receives no message, till there is a new post after signing up. Is there a way to change this?

Hi Emile,

Generally a user should only receive new messages, although registered Blogtrottr users do have the option to initially receive the whole feed.
