Great services,but minor problems

I've been using this amazing service for some time and it works very well for me. But till yesterday, i somehow forgot the password and i tried a few times but failed.I tried to hit forget  the password button ..but no message received.  Then it kept popping up security checks even though i solved Captcya for many times.
