At the bottom of any update email you get should be an unsubscribe link - you can click that to remove a particular subscription.

Or, you can signup for an account using the email address you used previously, and then you can manage your existing subscriptions through your web browser.

Alternatively, if you can let me know you email address (reach out to support@blogtrottr.com if you don't want to leave it here), I can do that for you.

Currently sending times for digests are automatically assigned for load balancing and other reasons, so the answer is "it can vary".  However, customisable send times are very high on the agenda, as it'd be a very handy feature to offer.

Hi Larry, very glad you like the service!  The sessions currently timeout after 24 hours of inactivity, but others find this annoying too, so we're looking into extending / offering a persistent login option.
